What To See, Watch & Do This Month
The Culinary Collaboration
CLAP is ushering in a new culinary chapter with a refreshed menu across its three locations in Dubai, Beirut and London, created in collaboration with chef partner Reif Othman. Rooted in Japanese tradition but with a contemporary edge, the menu brings together a mix of standout dishes, from Osaka-style pressed sushi, including salmon battera topped with ikura, to premium tartare featuring otoro, salmon and hamachi. Elsewhere, a mushroom donabe offers a comforting vegetarian option, while josper wagyu ribs add a richer, more indulgent touch. Designed for sharing, the menu balances familiar Japanese influences with bold flavours and unexpected combinations.
