Swap the indoor studio for the beach with Queens of the Sunset Pilates at African Queen on J1 Beach. Set against blue sea views and the Dubai skyline, the 60-minute sunset session takes place on Friday, 25 September, from 5.30pm to 6.30pm and is designed to lengthen, strengthen and leave you feeling grounded. Mats are provided, along with cold towels and refreshing water after the class, so all you need to bring is yourself.

One of London's most celebrated Indian restaurants is heading to Dubai, with Gymkhana making its highly anticipated UAE debut at DIFC's Gate Village this September. The two-Michelin-starred Mayfair restaurant is known for its unique take on Indian cuisine, combining traditional recipes and tandoor cooking with a luxurious, club-inspired setting. The Dubai outpost will bring over many of Gymkhana's signature dishes alongside new creations, with the menu spanning rich curries, biryanis, kebabs and sharing plates.
