Tongue scraping has been around for a while, but only recently did I purchase this tool. The benefits of using a tongue scraper include reducing harmful bacteria and eliminating bad breath. I can’t say I’ve noticed any instant results, but I do feel good incorporating it into my oral care routine.

Although this isn’t a new launch, the Kayali Déjà Vu White Flower 57 is a recent discovery for me. I’m a big fan of floral scents and this one does not disappoint. It includes notes of Indian jasmine absolute, orange flower, gardenia and white nectarine. These all come together in a seductive, warm scent that I’m loving right now.

The Supplement
Taking supplements can be a challenge – either you forget to take them or some people have difficulty with swallowing pills. The Deodorant

As I age, I’m becoming more cautious of the ingredients I expose myself to and that includes the hygiene products I use. Although natural deodorant gets a bad rap sometimes, I was pleasantly surprised by the effectiveness of my recent Salt & Stone purchase. The Space
Since my job is remote, I’m constantly on the hunt for great workspaces. I’ve been loving the tranquillity and beauty of Nasab, a private workspace and social club. This place is a real sanctuary, away from the city and surrounded by lush greenery.
