9Round

The math is pretty simple at this kickboxing destination. Whether you’re a beginner or a pro, you’ll be doing nine three-minute ‘rounds’ of kickboxing in the space of just 30 minutes total. The intensity is key, ensuring every session is a full-body workout – and a serious stress reliever.
