Kinetico

This dance studio embraces classical exercise and modern movement. Yoga, Pilates and PT sessions are all offered in an attractive space, with Dyson hairdryers and Aesop products adding a layer of luxe to the overall experience. Morning classes can be hard to find in Riyadh, but Kinetico has them in abundance – we particularly rate the ‘Better than Coffee’ yoga class first thing.
