My most-liked picture is…

This one in Sarakiniko, Milos. I mean, the scenery does all the talking – blinding white rocks, crystal-clear waters and that lunar-like landscape. It’s one of those rare places that needs no filter, no angle – it’s just nature at its most striking.

My favourite Insta outfit…

It’s hard to choose, but it’s probably one with me wearing my brand, Woera. I was obsessed with this little nautical set I wore in Mykonos last month – it felt so chic and totally captured the mood of the trip. The cut, the stripes, the way it moved… it was the perfect mix of polished and playful.

The person who takes most of my Instagram pictures is…

Myself (hello tripods and Octobuddys) and my boyfriend – he’s so good at capturing the moment. Whether it’s a quick street style shot or catching golden hour just right, he somehow always gets the angle. He knows what I’m after and I trust his eye completely. That, plus a few strategic props, and I’ve got a failsafe set-up.

My most saved post is…

The first one where I ever featured a Woera shirt. I wore it to an event and the outfit went totally viral. It was one of those unplanned moments that just clicked. The shirt had this perfect balance of structure and ease, and it really made an impact. Seeing people repost it, save it and ask where it was from was a real pinch-me moment.

I edit my photos using…

Nothing, really. I might tweak the exposure or contrast on my iPhone just to get the colours right, but I love keeping them raw. There’s something so authentic about capturing the moment as it really was – natural light, movement, textures. Overly edited photos can sometimes take away from the mood or feel of a place or look. I’d rather the image reflect exactly how it felt in that moment, imperfections and all.

The image I wasn’t sure whether to post…

Actually, I don’t think I’ve ever second-guessed a post. Life’s too short. If I love the shot and it feels true to me, that’s all that matters. Social media can make you overthink everything but I try not to get caught up in the pressure. I post what I like, when I like, and I think that kind of authenticity always resonates more than something that’s been overly curated or second-guessed.

My standard pose is…

Very serious, most likely touching my hair. I still get camera-shy, believe it or not. Even after all this time, there’s something about being in front of the lens that makes me a little self-conscious – so I rely on my go-to poses. Touching my hair gives me something to do with my hands. Honestly, some of my favourite shots have come from those in-between moments when I’m not even trying.

The image that makes me happiest…

Any photo where I’m properly smiling – like this one. It’s a rare sighting. I’m usually more comfortable with a neutral expression or something more composed, so a genuine smile caught on camera feels special. It usually means I was really in the moment – laughing with friends, caught off guard or just feeling completely at ease.

The fashion piece that features the most…

Is definitely shirts! They’re the foundation of my wardrobe – versatile, polished and always cool. Whether I’m dressing one up with tailoring or throwing it on over a swimsuit, there’s nothing a great shirt can’t do. Designing pieces I will wear on repeat has been one of the most rewarding parts of building the brand.

To get the right shot it takes…

Pure luck. Some of my favourite photos weren’t even planned – those candid, unexpected moments where the light hits just right or someone captures you mid-movement without even trying. Of course, other times it takes 20 shots and some serious patience. But oftentimes, it’s the off-the-cuff ones that end up being the most special. It’s a reminder that sometimes the best content happens when you’re not overthinking it.

I don’t regret any Instagram outfits except…

I mean, I regret A LOT. But then again, that’s who I was at that moment – so I laugh and move on. Fashion is meant to be fun, experimental and a reflection of where you are in life. Sure, there are some looks I wouldn’t wear now but they remind me of different phases – what I was loving, where I was going, how I was feeling. It’s all part of the evolution.

The picture that was hardest to get…

Was any photo on my recent trip to Venice without a sea of tourists behind me. People genuinely thought I had the streets to myself – but trust me, that couldn’t be further from the truth. Behind every shot was a crowd just out of frame and at least a dozen failed attempts. But the effort was totally worth it.

My coolest setting…

Give me a white wall and good lighting and I’ll work wonders. I’m all about simplicity when it comes to shooting – there’s no need for anything overly complicated. A clean backdrop lets the outfit do the talking and good natural light is honestly half the battle. Whether I’m in a city apartment, a quiet corner of a gallery or just outside, if the light hits right, I’m in my element. It’s proof that sometimes the simplest spaces create the most striking results.

My favourite holiday photo…

Any shot of me on a Greek island. Nothing beats it. There’s just something about the light, the colours, the energy – it all feels so effortless and dreamy. Whether it’s the crisp white buildings against the blue sea or the relaxed vibe, Greece always brings out my best style – barely-there make-up, sun-kissed skin and a wardrobe of easy breezy pieces.

What makes a good Insta picture is…

Lighting. Always. You can have the best outfit, the most amazing location, even the perfect pose – but without good lighting, it just doesn’t hit the same. Natural light is my go-to – early morning or golden hour always wins – but even knowing how to work with shadows or overcast skies can make a huge difference. It sets the mood, highlights the details and brings everything to life.

My favourite person to follow on Instagram is…

My sister, @NefeliGeorgala. Unfortunately, she lives on the other side of the world, so it’s like following her daily life from afar. Whether it’s what she’s wearing, where she’s going or just the random everyday moments she shares, it makes me feel like I’m right there with her. I genuinely look forward to seeing her posts.

The photo that summarises my Instagram most is…

A good mirror selfie. I’ll never skip one. There’s something so real and unfiltered about them – they capture the outfit, the vibe, the mood, all in one frame. It’s my go-to when I want to share a look quickly or show how I’ve styled something without overthinking it. Plus, there’s a bit of nostalgia to them – they’ve been part of my Instagram since day one, and honestly, they still hit. Simple, effective and very me.

I try to upload pictures that are…

A mix of everything I love and do. Instagram is basically my diary. It’s where I capture the things that inspire me – what I’m wearing, where I’m travelling and little everyday moments that feel special. I don’t follow a strict theme or aesthetic; I just post what feels true to me in the moment. It’s like a visual journal – one that reflects my style, mood, and the different parts of my life, both personal and professional.
