1. The Investment Piece

I’m saving for a vintage 18k gold Piaget watch. Vintage jewellery feels more personal – full of character and history. These are pieces to treasure for life.

2. The Jacket

One piece I’ve been reaching for constantly is The Row's Fabian suede jacket. It’s the kind of layer that works for everything, from school pick-ups to work meetings. I love pieces that slot into every part of my day without feeling overthought, and this one does exactly that.

3. The Recent Purchase

I recently bought the Gucci  Horsebit Sylke suede boots, and I’m obsessed. They remind me so much of the vintage Gucci my mother wore growing up, which makes them feel even more special. Beyond the nostalgia, they’re incredibly comfortable – perfect for long hours on my feet during pop-ups and shows.

4. The Vintage Finds

I’ve always loved mixing old with new. Vintage pieces have a real pull on me – whether they’re from my mother’s or grandmother’s wardrobes, or found while travelling and exploring shops around the world. My latest bag is a beautifully preserved vintage Fendi from Nouvelle Vague  in Lebanon. Why buy new when you can find something with more character, finer craftsmanship and that unmistakable vintage soul?

5. The Jewellery

Jewellery is deeply personal to me, and the L’Atelier Nawbar Buoy Hoops in Size 4 are the pair I keep going back to. They’re bold enough to wear solo, but also perfect for stacking with other pieces. I don’t like dressing like everyone else, so I naturally gravitate toward unique, hard-to-find jewellery that feels individual. Watches fall into that same category for me; much like jewellery, vintage ones carry charm, history and intention. Through our line, we even help people source rare vintage watches and jewellery, finding the exact piece they’ve been dreaming of.

6. The Everyday Shoes

My Alaïa ballet flats have become a true staple. I’ve worn ballet flats long before they were considered a trend again, so it’s fun to see how many variations are now available. The brown fishnet pair are unbelievably comfortable, especially on days when I’m running between work, pop-ups and family commitments.

7. The Statement Boots

My go-to shoes right now are my Isabel Marant cowboy boots. The black-and-white two-tone design makes them easy to style, adding just the right amount of edge to any outfit. They’re the pair I reach for, whether I’m dressing up or keeping things casual.

8. The Go-To Bag

The bag I’m reaching for the most right now is my Bottega Veneta Andiamo. It’s practical, compact and works perfectly as an everyday wallet bag. On days when I need something roomier, I slip it straight into one of my larger bags – easy.

9. The Wardrobe Hero

A great vintage blazer is my instant outfit fix. I rotate between a vintage Chanel piece I love and a Christian Lacroix blazer from my mother, finished with chain and charm details at the back. Both are rich in personality and history, and instantly elevate even the simplest look.

10. The Beauty Essential

I’ve been loving the Milk Makeup Tint for cheeks in the shade ‘Chill’. It gives me the healthiest glow and makes me look instantly more awake. The one skincare step I never skip is SPF, and I swear by Frezyderm 50+. It has been the best anti-ageing commitment I’ve made.

11. The Complexion Favourite

A product I always recommend is the Erborian CC Cream. It gives a fresh, bright and even finish – it’s my go-to when I need to look put together quickly. Since we don’t have it in Beirut, I stock up whenever I travel.

12. The Scent

For 15 years, I’ve worn Reminiscence Ambre. Even when the boutiques closed, I managed to track it down in France. I can’t imagine ever switching to anything else – it’s my signature.

13. The Hair Routine

Harklinikken has been such a reliable part of my routine. Its hydrating cream keeps my hair smooth, protected and consistent no matter how busy my days get.

14. The Travel Essential

My Dyson Multi-Styler and Dryer comes with me everywhere. It’s the one tool I refuse to travel without.

15. The Treatment

The one treatment that has truly transformed my skin is polynucleotides, also known as the Salmon DNA Facial. Nothing else has given me results quite like it.

16. The Wellness Ritual

Journaling has shifted so much for me. Taking a few minutes each day to focus on the positive has genuinely changed the way I move through the world.

17. The Home Refresh

One of the simplest updates I made recently was adding new pillows to the house. It’s such an easy way to change the feel of a room without committing to a complete redesign.

18. The Interior Brand

Anthropologie Home has been a long-time favourite. Its pieces are colourful, original and full of personality. Even adding just one item from its collection can shift an entire room.

19. The Candle

I am obsessed with candles, but Baobab remains my top choice. Its Amber & Spices scent fills the entire house in the most beautiful way and lasts longer than anything else I’ve tried. The different sizes also make them easy to place in any room.

20. The Kitchen Essential

My Click & Grow herb garden is the most useful thing in my kitchen right now. You plant your herbs, they grow quickly and you cut them fresh for cooking. It feels so satisfying, and everything tastes better when it’s straight from the source.

21. The Tech Discovery

Nano Banana has changed the way I share ideas. Whenever I struggle to explain something, the app visualises it instantly and makes everything so much clearer. It’s become a go-to creative tool.

22. The Book

I’m reading The Anxious Generation  by Jonathan Haidt and it has really made me reflect on how we live today. I recommend it to everyone.

23. The Series

I’m currently watching Pluribus. It’s been the perfect thing to unwind. At the end of the day, nothing beats Netflix and a glass of wine. It’s my way of switching off, even if it’s just for a little while.

24. The Podcast

Whenever I need something grounding or uplifting, I listen to Jay Shetty. His episodes always seem to arrive exactly when I need them.

Em Sherif Café

25. The Workout

Strength training has been my main focus lately. I love feeling strong and capable, and it’s done wonders for my energy. I’ve also been loving Lagree Pilates. The classes are intense in the best way, and I always leave feeling like I’ve pushed myself.

26. The Daily Boost

Turning 40 was a real wake-up call. Between work, family, and the daily demands of life, I realised I had slowly lost sight of my own well-being. Travelling helped me reset mentally, but it wasn’t enough on its own. Meeting Dr Cherine marked a true turning point. Our sessions were a game-changer: she helped me reconnect with myself, prioritise my own needs, and reminded me that self-care isn’t selfish – it’s essential.

Since then, I’ve been much more intentional about looking after myself, which includes the daily supplements that now form part of my routine. I take collagen every single day – alternating between Vital Proteins Collagen Peptides and Garden of Life Grass-Fed Collagen Peptides – which feels like nurturing myself from the inside out. I also incorporate Coenzyme Q10 from Dr Mercola, Magnesium Malate from NOW, Ashwagandha from Paradise, Vitamin C from Dr Mercola, Omega-3 from Garden of Life, and Stress B-Complex from Thorne. Each one is a simple addition, but together they make me feel more grounded and energised.

27. The Restaurant

My favourite place to eat right now is Em Sherif Café. It never misses, and I always leave happy.

28. The Destination

Iceland completely blew me away. The landscapes felt unreal, almost otherworldly. It’s a place that stays with you long after you leave. Morocco is next on my list; it’s somewhere I’ve always wanted to explore.
