AM Routine

I like to start my mornings slow and early – it’s my favourite time of day. If I have a shoot, I always make sure to have a big breakfast to keep me fuelled and energised. My skincare routine is simple because I have sensitive, breakout-prone skin. I cleanse using Soon Jung’s pH 6.5 Whip Cleanser – it’s so gentle and works wonders. If my skin feels dry, I’ll follow up with Dr. Jart+’s water-based moisturiser and I always finish with Juederm sunscreen. I arrive at the shoot with bare skin and natural hair since everything gets done on set. On days off, I keep my make-up minimal – I’ll use Tarte’s concealer for a bit of coverage and add a healthy flush with Bobbi Brown’s cream blush.

On days when I wear make-up, I like to keep it simple but polished. For my base, I use Dior Beauty’s Star Filter followed by Tarte’s concealer for added coverage. I then apply eyeliner using YSL Beauty’s Lines Liberated Waterproof Eye Pencil. On my lips, I like pairing Charlotte Tilbury’s Pillow Talk Lip Liner with Fenty Beauty’s Heat Lip Gloss in the shade ‘Hot Chocolit’.

I love editorial shoots – they’re one of my favourite jobs to do. It’s so exciting to work with stylists, photographers and creative teams to tell a story through fashion. One of my most memorable shoots was the Vogue Arabia hat shoot I did with stylist Rashwan and photographer Greg Adamski. It was the perfect mix of forward-looking fashion and an homage to the Middle East. Another  favourite was for Hia Magazine with Rusty BuekesAshy, and  Niquita, where we worked with Michael Kors – it was such a creative and fun experience.

This might be weird but I usually take two or three baths a day. If anything happens that brings me down or puts me in a bad mood, I just take a bath – time permitting. I add magnesium flakes and rose essential oil to the water; it’s the ultimate way to calm my anxiety and reset.

When I’m not working, I love being at home. I’m naturally introverted, so I find comfort in my own space but I do make time for weekly lunches with friends at La Petite Maison. I also like solving puzzles like Sudoku and playing the piano. Classical music is a huge part of my life and I’m often inspired by composers like Tchaikovsky and Liszt.

PM Routine

My evenings are all about unwinding. I start with a run – it’s been my go-to exercise since I was 14 because I find the gym so boring. Running clears my mind and helps me feel grounded after a long day.

I then begin with a more rigorous skincare routine. I triple cleanse, starting with Bioderma Micellar Water, then the Anua Heartleaf Oil Cleanser and finish with my regular cleanser. Twice a week, I apply Differin (tretinoin) to keep my skin clear and glowing – it’s been a game-changer in Dubai’s humid weather. I’ve also recently started getting Advalight facials at Biolite Clinic, which have completely transformed my skin. Before bed, I like to moisturise with Peter Thomas Roth’s Water Drench Moisturiser, and if my skin feels extra dry, I’ll use La Roche-Posay’s Cicaplast B5 Balm as a mask. I always keep Avène Eau Thermale Spray in my bag during the day to refresh my skin, but I’ll give myself a final spritz at night if I need it.

My evenings aren’t complete without a CALL TO MY MUM, who’s back in California.

Then, it’s time for another bath. I soak for about 30 minutes while scrolling TikTok or catching up on my favourite shows – my cat usually sits on the tub ledge, keeping me company.

My evenings aren’t complete without a call to my mum, who’s back in California. I talk to her every day for at least 30 minutes – we’re both huge film fans, so we’re always discussing new favourites. Recently, I really enjoyed Severance. I was born and raised in California and later went to university in London, so chatting with my family keeps me connected to home.
