The Facial
The best facial in Dubai is the Pico laser facial with Danielle at Rebecca Treston, which is part of the Hortman Clinics. This facial has changed my skin; I had terrible pigmentation after the birth of my second daughter, but my skin has been transformed since I’ve been having this treatment. It’s cleared up my pigmentation, my pores have vanished, and my skin feels super plump and firm. I also like having a monthly hydra facial at Browns & Co. for a general clean.
The Spa Treatment
My favourite treatment is a full body massage. It’s my favourite way of relaxing and switching off. We are spoilt for choice in Dubai but the massage places I love are the Nikki Beach Spa and Talise Spa – they both feel like a real escape from the city.
The Pharmacy
I buy my facial products from Biologique Recherche Centre on the Palm Jumeirah. I have used this brand exclusively for over eight years to cleanse, tone and moisturise. I get all my other beauty products from NET-A-PORTER – I love the edit and always discover the latest brands on there.

The Wellness Sanctuary
Blended Wellness on Palm Jumeirah is the ultimate wellness destination. It’s a super Instagramable sanctuary and they have everything under one roof, including an insane salt room.
The Hairdresser
The Nail Salon
I go to Blended Wellness for my nails. I find it’s the only place where my nails don’t chip after three days. They have the best range of colours and the most delicious coffees – plus, the sea view is incredible.

The Fragrance Department
I like going to the Hermès store in Mall of the Emirates to pick up my signature scent – L’ombré des Merveilles. I also like dropping by Creed for a bottle of Virgin Island Water – it smells like a holiday in a bottle.
The Make-Up Destination
The Apotheca Beauty store in Nakheel Mall is my go-to for make-up. It has great brands, including Anastasia Beverly Hills (I cannot live without the brow wiz) and all The Nue Co. products – plus, my favourite haircare range, Oribe. I’ve probably used that brand for five years now.
The Body Rituals
I don’t go anywhere for specialist body treatments but I try to do lymphatic drainage and dry body brushing most evenings with a tool I bought from NET-A-PORTER. I use the Aromatherapy Associates Revive Body Brush and the Esker Body Plane, which is an excellent lymphatic drainage tool.
