Starting life in London, Pilates studio Karve is set to open its doors in Dubai this month. Offering a 50-minute full body workout in its New York loft-inspired studio, we recommend trying its signature ‘Transformer Pilates’ class – a fusion of strength, flexibility and mindfulness.
