The Dubai Fitness Challenge 30x30 makes its return on the morning of Saturday, October 28th, and will run all the way through to a grand finale on Sunday, November 26th. Launched by His Highness Sheikh Hamdan bin Mohammed bin Rashid Al Maktoum, Crown Prince of Dubai and Chairman of Dubai Executive Council in 2017, this month-long fitness challenge encourages residents to participate in some form of activity for 30 minutes across 30 days. Free classes will be hosted across the city at various gyms and public spaces.
