Rooted in Japanese tradition but with a contemporary edge, the menu brings together a mix of standout dishes, from Osaka-style pressed sushi, including salmon battera topped with ikura, to premium tartare featuring otoro, salmon and hamachi. Elsewhere, a mushroom donabe offers a comforting vegetarian option, while josper wagyu ribs add a richer, more indulgent touch.
